Start with the room schedule
Separate standard rooms, suites, accessible rooms, serviced apartments and public areas where dimensions or installation conditions differ. A room schedule gives the manufacturer a usable basis for product grouping and quantity review.
Describe what the light should do
State whether the mirror provides task lighting, ambient backlighting or both. Add the preferred guest control sequence, colour-temperature preference, dimming expectation and anti-fog requirement.
Coordinate the wall and electrical plan
Share the mirror-to-vanity relationship, wall condition, connection point, control location and any builder or MEP constraints. These details should be resolved before the sample becomes the project reference.
Prepare the RFQ
The bill of quantities (BOQ), room schedule, drawing reference, sample status, destination-market requirements, labels and packaging details support a clearer quotation and production plan.
