Information you choose to share
The RFQ form can send your name, company, work email, destination market, product interest, quantity, reference link and requirements to Jiachuang Mirror.
How the RFQ form works
When you submit the form, the information is delivered securely to our inquiry mailbox. We also send a confirmation to the work email you provide. If online delivery is unavailable, the page offers an email option so you can review and send the same brief yourself.
To keep the response relevant, the RFQ may also include the first landing path, campaign labels present in the website link and the buyer worksheet downloaded during the same browser session. These contextual values do not contain the text entered in your form.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you select “Accept analytics”. They help us understand page visits, navigation, scrolling, buyer-tool downloads and completed RFQ submissions, so we can improve product information and the enquiry journey.
We do not send names, email addresses, company names, destination markets, reference links or requirement text to these analytics services. RFQ form areas are explicitly masked for Clarity.
Your privacy choices
You can reject non-essential analytics and continue using the full website. Your choice is remembered in your browser. Use the “Privacy settings” control at the bottom of any page to review or change it.
How we use enquiries
Information you send is used to respond to your request, clarify product requirements, prepare a technical or commercial response and coordinate a requested visit.
