How Jiachuang Mirror uses information shared in sourcing, project and visit enquiries.
Information you choose to share
The RFQ form can send your name, company, work email, destination market, buying task, product interest, quantity, target timing, electrical and certification requests, reference link, discovery source and requirements to Jiachuang Mirror.
How the RFQ form works
When you submit the form, your inquiry is saved in a private database before we send the notification to our inquiry mailbox. We also send a confirmation to the work email you provide. If the notification cannot be confirmed, we retain the submitted details for recovery and display a reference number. This inquiry storage is necessary to process your request and is separate from optional analytics.
To keep the response relevant, the RFQ or a prepared email may also include an anonymous lead reference, the current page, first landing path, campaign labels present in the website link and the buyer worksheet downloaded during the same browser session. A configuration handoff link may contain configuration details you selected; inquiry context is sent to our inquiry team, while analytics records exclude query strings and fragments.
Optional website analytics
Our first-party usage analytics starts only after you select “Accept analytics”. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity loading is temporarily disabled while configuration handoff privacy is reviewed.
After that choice, our site also stores an anonymous first-party event record containing the event type, page, language, anonymous session reference, campaign labels, referrer host, product slug, country code and device class. It does not store the name, email address, company, destination market, reference link or free-text requirements entered in the form.
For operational delivery evidence, the site records anonymous stages such as inquiry receipt, sales-notification acceptance and customer-confirmation acceptance or failure. Provider acceptance is not proof that a recipient read the message.
Analytics page locations exclude query strings and fragments. Third-party analytics scripts are not loaded by this version. Product configuration details remain available in the inquiry handoff and are sent to our inquiry team only when you submit the request.
Your privacy choices
You can reject non-essential analytics and continue using the full website. Your choice is remembered in your browser. Use the “Privacy settings” control at the bottom of any page to review or change it.

Information you send is used to respond to your request, clarify product requirements, prepare a technical or commercial response and coordinate a requested visit.
